About the requirement

Informations complémentaires du marché: CLEA, filiale de DALKIA, est concessionnaire d'un réseau de chaleur desservant le quartier de Bellevue, des Dervallières et ATLANTIS à Nantes/St Herblain (10 000 Equivalents logements). Le réseau CLEA est composé de trois branches principales : NORD, SUD, EXTENSION, et une liaison Chaufferie gaz / Chaufferie Biomasse. Les travaux prévus concernent la réalisation des prélèvements et analyses amiantes, nécessaires avant travaux, afin de réaliser ensuite le raccordement de nouveaux abonnés sur le réseau de chaleur, via des travaux de Génie Civil. Le marché consiste à analyser des portions de chaussée, en fonction des polices d'abonnement signées par le concessionnaire. A titre d'exemple, 2 600 ml seront à analyser en 2027. Un potentiel annuel, entre 500 et 2500 ml est envisagé sur les années suivantes, mais non garanti, car dépendant des signatures de police d'abonnement. L'acheteur se réserve le droit de rejeter une candidature s'il estime ses capacités financières insuffisantes ou si ces capacité techniques et professionnelles semble manifestement insuffisante pour répondre au besoin. L'entité adjudicatrice se réserve la possibilité de faire réaliser des prestations similaires article R 2122-7 du Code de la commande publique..[E7]
