Servizio di preparazione, trasporto e distribuzione pasti in legame fresco-caldo per la refezione scolastica degli alunni della scuola dell’infanzia, della scuola primaria a tempo pieno e della scuola secondaria di primo grado a tempo prolungato del Comune di Modica e del personale docente ed ATA avente diritto, presso 27 sedi scolastiche, per gli anni scolastici 2026/2027 e 2027/2028 fino al 31/12/2027. Fabbisogno stimato: 900 pasti giornalieri per 223 giorni di servizio, pari a 200.700 pasti. Il servizio comprende l’approvvigionamento delle derrate, la preparazione delle diete speciali, il trasporto e lo scodellamento, secondo il capitolato speciale e i CAM di cui al D.M. 65/2020.[E7]Eligibility and requirements
