Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι προμήθεια ειδών σίτισης για την κάλυψη των αναγκών των Υπηρεσιών του Δήμου Αγρινίου 2027-2029, συνολικού ενδεικτικού προϋπολογισμού 1.516.015,56€ με ΦΠΑ 13% ή 24% ανάλογα με το είδος (1.341.238,91€ χωρίς Φ.Π.Α) και προβλεπόμενο δικαίωμα προαίρεσης ποσού 103.050,00 Ευρώ πλέον ΦΠΑ 13% , ήτοι 116.446,50 Ευρώ Τα προς προμήθεια είδη κατατάσσονται στους ακόλουθους κωδικούς του Κοινού Λεξιλογίου δημοσίων συμβάσεων (CPV) : 15000000-8, 03220000-9, 15110000-2, 15411000-2, 15500000-3, 15811100-7, 15112130-6, 15113000-3, 15115100-8, 15811000-6, 15812000-3, 15810000-9, 15894400-5 Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται για διάστημα δύο (2) ετών με ημερομηνία έναρξης την λήξη των προηγούμενων συμβάσεων ή την ημερομηνία υπογραφής της σύμβασης κατά περίπτωση. Αναλυτική περιγραφή του φυσικού και οικονομικού αντικειμένου της σύμβασης δίδεται στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Ι (υπ αριθ.120/21-10-2026 Μελέτη της Δ/νσης Οικονομικών Υπηρεσιών) Η σύμβαση θα ανατεθεί με το κριτήριο της πλέον συμφέρουσας από οικονομική άποψη προσφοράς, αποκλειστικά βάσει της τιμής ανά τμήμα ειδών, η οποία εκφράζεται: Α. ως τη χαμηλότερη τιμή για τα είδη των τμημάτων παντοπωλείου - αρτοποιείου –γαλακτοκομικών προϊόντων και Β. το μεγαλύτερο ποσοστό έκπτωσης επί τοις εκατό (%) , για τα Τμήματα κατεψυγμένων ειδών(ψάρια &λαχανικά) –ελαίων-ειδών κρεοπωλείου-ειδών οπωροπωλείου, στη τιμή που προκύπτει από το εκδιδόμενο δελτίο πιστοποίησης τιμών του Τμήματος Εμπορίου της Περιφερειακής Ενότητας Αιτωλοακαρνανίας σύμφωνα με τις διατάξεις του άρθρου 13 του Ν. 3438/2006,κατά την ημέρα παράδοσής τους.
