1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa fabrycznie nowych autobusów elektrycznych (pojazdów z napędem wyłącznie elektrycznym – BEV) dla Gminy Miejskiej Chodzież, przeznaczonych do świadczenia usług miejskiego transportu publicznego na terenie gminy. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na następujące zakresy: • zakres podstawowy – dostawa 1 autobusu elektrycznego; • zakres opcjonalny (prawo opcji) – dostawa 1 autobusu elektrycznego (oraz dodatkowo ładowarki). Przez autobus „fabrycznie nowy” rozumie się pojazd wyprodukowany nie wcześniej niż 6 miesięcy przed datą dostawy danej partii, który nie był wcześniej używany. Oferowane autobusy muszą być tej samej marki oraz identyczne pod względem konstrukcji, parametrów technicznych, konfiguracji i wyposażenia. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje również wykonanie czynności towarzyszących dostawom, w szczególności: • przekazanie Zamawiającemu uprawnień do samodzielnego wykonywania przeglądów i napraw dostarczonych autobusów elektrycznych (BEV); • wyposażenie Zamawiającego w zestaw narzędzi serwisowych do diagnostyki wszystkich podzespołów pojazdów – w ilości i zakresie umożliwiającym pełne wykorzystanie wszystkich funkcjonalności autobusów elektrycznych (BEV); • nieodpłatne dostarczenie dokumentacji technicznej niezbędnej do obsługi i serwisowania zakupionych pojazdów; • przeprowadzenie szkoleń dla pracowników Zamawiającego i/lub personelu operatora transportu publicznego (dla co najmniej 3 mechaników/pracowników obsługi technicznej oraz 4 kierowców). 2.
