Єдиним критерієм оцінки тендерних пропозицій є ціна без ПДВ. Питома вага критерію – 100%. Учасник незалежно від його системи оподаткування в електронній системі закупівель зазначає ціну тендерної пропозиції без ПДВ. У разі якщо переможець процедури закупівлі є платником ПДВ, при укладенні договору про закупівлю ПДВ буде нараховуватися відповідно до чинного законодавства України. Закупівля товару підлягає вимогам локалізації. На виконання підпункту 6 пункту 6¹ розділу X «Прикінцеві та перехідні положення» Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Замовник повідомляє, що в межах даної закупівлі, передбачається придбання товару із застосуванням вимог щодо ступеня локалізації виробництва, а саме: «Причіп для дизельного генератора», кількість — 1 штука, Код УКТ ЗЕД товару – 8716. Запропонований учасником товар, на який поширюються вимоги щодо ступеня локалізації виробництва, повинен бути включений до переліку товарів з підтвердженим ступенем локалізації виробництва безпосередньо його виробником та мати ступінь локалізації виробництва, який дорівнює чи перевищує у 2026 році - 30 відсотків. Інформація та документи на підтвердження вимог щодо локалізації виробництва або наявності підстав для їх незастосування подаються учасником у складі тендерної пропозиції відповідно до додатка 2 до тендерної документації. Вимоги щодо локалізації не застосовуються у випадках та за умов, передбачених підпунктом 5 пункту 6¹ розділу X Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та абзацом п’ятим пункту 3 Особливостей №1178.[E5]
