Predmet javnega naročila je prevzem, odvoz in nadaljnja obdelava oziroma odstranjevanje lahke frakcije in drugih gorljivih odpadkov s klasifikacijsko številko 19 12 12, ki nastajajo pri mehansko-biološki obdelavi mešanih komunalnih odpadkov, sortiranju mešane komunalne odpadne embalaže in obdelavi drugih vrst komunalnih odpadkov. Javno naročilo je razdeljeno na tri sklope, s skupno ocenjeno količino 7.000 ton. Naročnik bo za vsak sklop sklenil okvirni sporazum z enim gospodarskim subjektom za obdobje enega leta, za izvajanje storitev v letu 2027. Storitve vključujejo prevzem odpadkov na lokaciji naročnika, prevoz, nadaljnjo predelavo oziroma odstranjevanje v skladu z veljavnimi predpisi ter zagotovitev zahtevane dokumentacije in dokazil o zakonitem ravnanju z odpadki.[E9]
