Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „ Świadczenie kompleksowej usługi sprzątania w obiektach SPZOZ znajdujących się w Łodzi przy: ul.Aleksandrowskiej 159, ul.Sieradzkiej 11, ul.Lnianej 2 oraz ul.Mielczarskiego 35.” zgodnie ze szczegółowym opisem przedmiotu zamówienia (Zał.nr 2 do SWZ i Zał.nr 2A do SWZ) wraz z lokalizacją placówek Zam.i częstotliwością wykonywania usługi oraz projektem umowy (Zał.nr 3 do SWZ).Wykaz stref czystościowych: Lp. Nazwa obszaru:I Strefa Brak możliwości lub znikome prawdopodobieństwo skażenia biologicznego. Do utrzymania czystości należy stosować wyłącznie środek myjący.1)Korytarze,2) Pomieszczenia biurowe.II Strefa Możliwość skażenia biologicznego. Wymagany wyższy stopień czystości (sanitariaty). Należy stosować środek myjący oraz dezynfekujący wybrane powierzchnie.
