Serão contratados Serviços de Limpeza em Ambiente Escolar, baseado nos indicativos referenciais e orientações do CADTERC Volume 15, data-base janeiro/2025. Início da execução do objeto: 02/12/2026 - Após a assinatura do contrato A presente contratação contempla 01 (uma) unidade de serviço de limpeza escolar, destinada ao atendimento das áreas abrangidas pelo objeto, totalizando 4.701,20 m² de área física do Campus; O prazo de vigência da contratação é de 12 (doze) meses Os serviços serão prestados nos seguintes endereços: UNESP Campus do Litoral Paulista – Praça Infante Dom Henrique, S/N – Parque Bitaru, São Vicente, SP - 11330-900 – entrada principal (Rua Síria, 51) e Galpão - Na Avenida Capitão Luiz Antônio Pimenta, 318, Parque Bitaru - São Vicente, SP – CEP 11330-200. Será exigida a garantia da contratação de que tratam os arts. 96 e seguintes da Lei nº 14.133, de 2021, no percentual e condições descritas nas cláusulas do contrato.[E4]
