Die Stadt Troisdorf bietet bereits ein Dienstrad-Leasingmodell an und möchte dieses fortführen. Sie beabsichtigt, ihren Beschäftigten (sowohl Tarifangestellten als auch Beamten) ein zeitgemäßes Dienstrad-Leasing anzubieten. Während bestehende Strukturen verstetigt werden sollen, dient die Maßnahme primär der Förderung einer umweltfreundlichen Mobilitätskultur sowie der Steigerung der Arbeitgeberattraktivität. Mitarbeitende sollen die Möglichkeit bekommen, Zweiräder inkl. Zubehör über das Dienstrad-Leasing für die Wege von und zur Arbeit, aber auch im privaten Umfeld nutzen zu können. Die Stadt Troisdorf sucht daher einen qualifizierten deutschsprachigen Anbieter zur Realisierung dieses Vorhabens, der idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen mit Behörden hat.[E9]
