To facilitate the monitoring of the Management Contract and support on the decision to proceed or not to the Affermage Contract, under the implementation of WSIDP II and through an international call for tenders, an independent consultant, hereinafter referred to as the "Independent Contract Auditor" (or "Auditor"), with the skills, experience and independence required to monitor performance-based PSP contracts, will be recruited.
