In Ergänzung zu den Eigenleistungen werden Unternehmen gesucht, welche die ZHdK für drei Jahre (mit Option auf Verlängerung um einmal zwei Jahre oder zweimal ein Jahr) mit ihren Leistungen im Informatikbereich unterstützen. Es geht konkret um folgende Dienstleistungen: * Los 1: Digital Transformation Services: Expertise sowie Beratung und Unterstützung der ZHdK in der digitalen und agilen Trans-formation sowie dem damit verbundenen Kulturwandel Leitung von oder Unterstützung in Projekten oder Programmen im Bereich der digitalen und agilen Transformation * Los 2: AI Technical Solution & Operation Services: Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb von AI-Services sowie der dafür erforderlichen AI-Plattformen, Infrastrukturen und technischen Grundlagen Umsetzung, Integration und Governance von AI-Lösungen sowie Befähigung der ZHdK zum nachhaltigen und sicheren Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz Die gesuchten Dienstleistungen sind in zwei Lose unterteilt. Jedes Los besteht aus einem oder meh-reren Profilen für die Leistungserbringung. Die konkreten Anforderungen und Tätigkeiten sind in den beiden Los-Beschreibungen in Kapitel 2 pro Los beschrieben. Es werden Unternehmen gesucht, deren Kernkompetenzen in den beschriebenen Bereichen des In-formatikumfelds liegen und die über eigenes, qualifiziertes Personal verfügen. Für jedes Los wird der Zuschlag an bis zu drei Unternehmen erteilt. Es besteht keine Begrenzung der Angebote, d.h. es dürfen für beide Lose Angebote eingereicht werden.
