Projet de Facilitation des Investissements (PFI) Recrutement d'un(e) Spécialiste en Formation et Renforcement des Capacités AVIS A MANIFESTATION D'INTERET 07/ZR-MINPLAN-571624-CS-INDV/PFI/2026 Le Gouvernement de la République Démocratique du Congo (RDC) a adressé à la Banque Mondiale une requête relative au financement du Projet de Facilitation des Investissements (PFI) et à l'intention d'utiliser une partie du financement du projet PFI pour effectuer des paiements au titre du Marché de recrutement d'un(e) Spécialiste en Formation et Renforcement des Capacités . Sous l'autorité du Coordonnateur de l'UGP-PFI/DECIDE, le/la Spécialiste en Formation et Renforcement des Capacités sera chargé(e) de concevoir, mettre en uvre, coordonner et suivre le programme de formation et de renforcement des capacités de la composante 2 du PFI, afin de développer les compétences des acteurs impliqués dans la préparation, la gestion et le suivi des investissements publics. Le/la Spécialiste en Formation et Renforcement des Capacités aura notamment pour mission de : Identifier et prioriser les besoins en compétences des institutions partenaires et des publics bénéficiaires ; élaborer une stratégie de renforcement des capacités et des plans de formation budgétisés, alignés sur les objectifs et le cadre de résultats du PFI ; Coordonner la conception et la mise en uvre des formations, parcours de professionnalisation, certifications et dispositifs de formation des formateurs ; Contribuer au développement, à la révision et à la modernisation des cur…[E4]
