Contratação de Empresas Especializadas para Perícia Médica: Prestação de serviços médicos especializados para realização de perícias de saúde para os beneficiários e servidores do Município de Niterói, de acorod com o Edital e demais anexos. Prestação de serviços médicos especializados para realização de perícias de saúde para os beneficiários do Município de Niterói. Fundamentada pela Lei nº 14.133/21 que estabelece o Credenciamento como um procedimento auxiliar de Inexigibilidade, utilizando-se da hipótese prevista no Art. 74, inciso IV e Art. 79, inciso I. As despesas serão divididas de acordo com o tipo de serviço prestado, sendo fixado o valor de R$ 200,00 (duzentos reais) por atendimento. O quantitativo de 12.774 atendimentos é estimativo, podendo variar de acordo com a demanda efetivamente verificada durante a execução dos serviços. Cada laudo médico terá o custo unitário de R$ 200,00, independentemente de ser emitido por um único médico ou por Junta Médica. Os tipos de serviços prestados estão devidamente elencados no Edital e seus anexos.[E4]
