Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi w zakresie: - bieżącego utrzymania, konserwacji, porządkowania i pielęgnacji terenów zieleni miejskiej, stanowiącej własność Gminy Brzeg, obejmujących parki, skwery oraz zieleń przyuliczną, - bieżącego utrzymania i pielęgnacji terenów powiatowej zieleni przyulicznej na terenie miasta Brzeg, - bieżącego utrzymania, konserwacji, porządkowania i pielęgnacji gminnych terenów zieleni powierzonych do utrzymania jednostce organizacyjnej Gminy Brzeg, tj. Zarządowi Nieruchomości Miejskich w Brzegu, obejmujących podwórka, skwery, place zabaw w roku 2027. Szczegółowy zakres i sposób wykonywania prac określa załącznik nr 4 w przypadku terenów zieleni miejskiej, nr 14 w przypadku powiatowej zieleni przyulicznej oraz nr 10 w przypadku terenów zieleni powierzonych do utrzymania Zarządowi Nieruchomości Miejskich w Brzegu. Zamawiający zastrzega że na terenach: Parku Centralnego, Parku Chrobrego, Parku nad Odrą, Parku Wolności, Parku Staromiejskiego dopuszczalna waga pojazdów poruszających się po alejkach mineralno-bitumicznych, kamiennych i ulepszonych mineralnych nie może przekroczyć 3,5 t.[E9]
