Hankinnan kohteena ovat siivouskoneet ja siivouskoneiden huolto- ja korjauspalvelut. Hankinta on jaettu viiteen (5) osa-alueeseen seuraavasti: Osa-alue 1) Imurit ja painehuuhtelulaitteet Osa-alue 2) Siivoustekstiilien pesuun tarkoitetut pyykinpesukoneet ja kuivausrummut Osa-alue 3) Yhdistelmäkoneet Osa-alue 4) Robotti-imurit Osa-alue 5) Siivouskoneiden huolto- ja korjauspalvelut Osa-alueiden 1-4 hankinnan kohteena ovat puhtaussalan ammattikäyttöön sopivat siivouskoneet toimitettuna TOP Finnterms 2001 ehdon mukaisesti tilaajien toimituskohteisiin Etelä-Karjalan alueella. Siivouskoneiden hankinnan tavoitteena on saada ammattikäyttöön soveltuvia, laadukkaita ja hyvällä toimintavarmuudella ja palvelulla toimitettuja koneita. Siivouskoneiden tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset mm. rakenteen, varusteiden, työ- ja paloturvallisuuden sekä sähköturvallisuuden osalta. Osa-alueen 5 hankinnan kohteena ovat laitossiivouksessa käytettävien koneiden (imurit, painehuuhtelulaitteet, yhdistelmäkoneet ja lattianhoitokoneet) huolto- ja korjauspalveluiden tuottaminen tilaajille Etelä-Karjalan alueella. Huolto- ja korjauspalvelut toteutetaan pääsääntöisesti arkisin klo 7.00-16.00 välisenä aikana. Korjauspalvelu tarkoittaa koneiden toimintakykyyn tai toimintakuntoon liittyviä tilaajan erikseen tilaamia korjaustoimia. Huoltopalvelu tarkoittaa koneiden huoltotoimenpiteitä kuten esim. vuosihuoltoa tai valmistajan suosittamaa ja valmistajan ohjeiden mukaisesti suoritettua määräaikaishuoltoa. Osa-alueessa 5 ha…[E9]
