1. Przedmiotem zamówienia sukcesywna dostawa warzywa i owoców dla jednostek organizacyjnych Gminy Stalowa Wola objętych niniejszym zamówieniem w I i II kwartale 2027 r. 2. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje sukcesywne dostawy dla jednostek organizacyjnych będących jednocześnie płatnikami umowy: 4) Szczegółowe wymagania jakościowe oraz terminy sukcesywnych dostaw dla wszystkich jednostek organizacyjnych Gminy Stalowa Wola objętych przedmiotowym zamówieniem zostały zawarte w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ - Szczegółowe wymagania w zakresie realizacji sukcesywnych dostaw warzyw i owoców – dla części I,II i III zamówienia. 5) Wykonawca zrealizuje dostawy do siedziby poszczególnych Zamawiających własnym transportem, na własny koszt. Środek transportu musi spełniać obowiązujące wymogi sanitarne dla przewozu artykułów żywnościowych. Rozładunek wraz z wniesieniem następuje do miejsca wskazanego przez Zamawiającego. 6) Wykonawca na życzenie Zamawiającego nieodpłatnie użyczy pojemników, skrzynek itp. przy każdorazowej dostawie na okres do następnej dostawy. 7) Wszystkie objęte zamówieniem produkty dostarczane muszą być w odpowiednich opakowaniach oraz skrzynkach (materiał opakowaniowy dopuszczony do kontaktu z żywnością). 8) Dostawy będą realizowane systematycznie w ilościach i terminach określonych przez Zamawiającego w terminie wskazanym w załączniku nr 2 - Szczegółowe wymagania w zakresie realizacji sukcesywnych dostaw warzyw, po uprzednim zgłoszeniu telefonicznym, e-mailowym lub osobistym poszczególnych Zamawiających/ jednostek organizacyjnych.[E9]
