L'accord-cadre est conclu à compter du 01/10/2027 avec un montant maximum de 3 000 000 euros HT pour toute la durée du marché soit une durée ferme de 4 ans. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent les prestations similaires envisagées. Grand Besançon Métropole sera responsable au 1er octobre 2027 du bon fonctionnement du réseau d'eau potable, des réservoirs et des équipements liés sur le périmètre de l'unité de distribution GBM Haute Loue. Les communes concernées sont citées dans les différentes pièces. Cette DSP court jusqu'au 30 septembre 2027. Le présent contrat vise à assurer l'exploitation et la maintenance du réseau d'eau potable et de ses équipements décrits dans le présent contrat conformément à la réglementation et au présent cahier des charges. La gestion des réponses aux DT/DICT/ATU est exclue de ce contrat[E6]
