Dostawy wyrobów medycznych dla Pracowni Neurologii Zabiegowej[E15]

Postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego na podstawie art. 132 i następnych ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (Dz. U. z 2026r. poz. 793 ze zm.) zwanej dalej także „Pzp”. Zamawiający przewiduje zastosowanie tzw. procedury odwróconej, o której mowa w art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp tj. Zamawiający najpierw dokona badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokona kwalifikacji podmiotowej Wykonawcy, którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona, w zakresie braku podstaw wykluczenia oraz spełnienia warunków udziału w postępowaniu. Przedmiotem zamówienia są dostawy wyrobów medycznych dla Pracowni Neurologii Zabiegowej według poniższych części: ZADANIE 1, ZADANIE 2, ZADANIE 3, ZADANIE 4, ZADANIE 5, ZADANIE 6.
