HANKINNAN KOHDE Hansel Oy kilpailuttaa Kevyet kulkuneuvot 2026 puitejärjestelykokonaisuuden, joka koostuu 13:sta erilaisia kevyitä kulkuneuvoja koskevista itsenäisistä puitejärjestelyistä. Tämä Perävaunut enintään 3,5 tn 2026 (0072013) -puitejärjestely koskee perävaunuja sekä niihin liittyviä palveluja seuraavasti: Hankinnan kohteeseen kuuluvat seuraavat tuotteet: • Perävaunut enintään 3,5 tn ja niiden varaosat sekä varusteet. Hankinnan kohteeseen kuuluvat tässä asiakirjassa tarkemmin määriteltävät seuraavat palvelut: • Perävaunun luovutukseen liittyvät palvelut • Dokumentaatiopalvelut • Käyttöönottokoulutuksen ja lisäkoulutuksen järjestäminen • Tuotteiden toimitus NOL ja TOP-toimitusehdolla • Korjaamokäsikirjojen toimittaminen • Perävaunun huolto-, korjaus- ja varustelupalvelut Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä, erityisesti liitteessä "Hankinnan kohde". SOPIMUSKAUSI Sopimuskausi on kaksi (2) vuotta. Hansel Oy:llä on oikeus jatkaa puitesopimuksen voimassaoloa enintään kahden (2) vuoden mittaisella optiokaudella puitesopimuksen ehdoin. Ks. myös tarjouspyynnön liitteenä A olevan puitesopimuksen kohta 6. Hankintasopimukset voivat olla voimassa yhden (1) vuoden puitesopimuksen päättymisen jälkeen. PUITEJÄRJESTELYN LAAJUUS Puitejärjestelyn arvioitu arvo on 3 250 000 - 4 400 000 euroa (alv 0 %) sisältäen myös optiokauden. Puitejärjestelyn enimmäisarvo on 3 400 000 euroa (alv 0 %). Hankintojen euromääräisen arvon määrittämistä vaikeuttaa osaltaan se, että puitejärjestelyyn liittyneiden Asiakkaiden hankintoihin alustavasti myönnettyihin varoihi…[E9]
