Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1) dostawa: a) 10 szt. fabrycznie nowych zeroemisyjnych elektrycznych autobusów miejskich 9-metrowych klasy MIDI (EV – Electric Vehicle), dostarczonych zgodnie z określoną przez Zamawiającego kompletacją wraz z wyposażeniem elektronicznym i niezbędnymi licencjami; b) 5 sztuk dwustanowiskowych ładowarek do ładowania autobusów EV; 2) przeprowadzenie szkoleń wyznaczonych pracowników Zamawiającego z obsługi autobusów i infrastruktury do ładowania; 3) dostarczenie dokumentacji; 4) przekazanie niezbędnych narzędzi (w tym urządzenia diagnostycznego) z niezbędnymi interfejsami i oprogramowaniem wraz z licencjami w ilości i w zakresie pozwalającym na swobodne korzystanie z wszystkich funkcjonalności autobusów EV; 5) udzielenie Zamawiającemu wewnętrznej autoryzacji serwisowania i obsługi autobusów EV (ASO).[E11]
