Block 1: Trade – Ausbau und Vertiefung der wirtschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit zwischen Thüringen und den USA (bedarfsweise Nordamerika) Zur Erfüllung dieses Aufgabenbereichs wird der Bieter aufgefordert, folgende Leistungen umfassend abzudecken: 1. Erster Ansprechpartner für Thüringer, insbesondere kleine und mittlere Unternehmen (KMU), aber auch für wirtschaftsnahe Forschungseinrichtungen und Clusterorganisationen, bei der Suche nach potenziellen Geschäftspartnern und für den Markteintritt; 2. Erhebung branchenspezifischer Marktinformationen, Erstellung von allgemeinen Marktberichten und Prüfung der Relevanz einzelnen Produkten für den Markteintritt; 3. Recherche konkreter Projektansätze für die Einbeziehung Thüringer Unternehmen aus den relevanten Sektoren und Technologiefeldern; 4. Kontaktpflege und -ausbau zu wirtschaftspolitischen Entscheidungsträgern, regionalen Unternehmen, Institutionen, Verbänden; 5. Unterstützung von Firmen bei der Suche nach Rechtsberatung, in versicherungs-, steuerrechtlichen und rechtlichen sowie in Zoll-Fragen und bei Bedarf bei der Anmietung von Immobilien (Geschäftsräume); 6. Individuelle Unterstützung von Thüringer Unternehmen bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Messen, Ausstellungen, Dienstreisen, Tagungen sowie Kontakt- und Kooperationsbörsen zum Akquirieren von Erstkontakten; 7. Aktive Bewerbung und Unterstützung bei der Akquise von Teilnehmenden für Veranstaltungen von Thüringen International 8.
