Credenciamento de Instituições de Ensino, públicas ou privadas, devidamente credenciadas no MEC para a atender a necessidade permanente e contínua de qualificação e capacitação e desenvolvimento profissional dos Servidores Públicos Municipais do Município de Boa Vista/RR. Os Cursos ofertados pelas instituições de ensino serão referentes as capacitações técnicas, gerenciais e acadêmicas, como; a) Para servidores do quadro efetivo da Prefeitura Municipal de Boa Vista – RR: Formação em nível de pós-graduação Lato Sensu (Especialização e MBA) com carga horária de no mínimo 360h, que deverão será na modalidade semipresencial, com no mínimo 70% das aulas presenciais. b) Para servidores do quadro efetivo da Prefeitura Municipal de Boa Vista – RR: Formação em nível de pós-graduação Stricto Sensu (Mestrado) com carga horária mínima de 400h a 500h, que deverão ser na modalidade semipresencial, com no mínimo 70% das aulas presenciais. c) Quando aplicável, nota 03 pela Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES). d) Para servidores de todos os quadros ativos: Cursos de capacitação e aperfeiçoamento profissional, com cargas horárias entre 20 (vinte) e 40 (quarenta) horas, na modalidade presencial sob demanda. O credenciamento das Instituições de Ensino permitirá à Administração Pública selecionar conforme a demanda institucional identificada e observados os critérios objetivos de seleção definidos neste Termo de Referência.[E4]
