Predmetom zákazky je bezhotovostný nákup pohonných hmôt – automobilového bezolovnatého benzínu podľa STN EN 228 a motorovej nafty podľa STN EN 590 – prostredníctvom palivových kariet vydaných dodávateľom pre služobné motorové vozidlá verejného obstarávateľa na čerpacích staniciach dodávateľa a jeho zmluvných partnerov na území Slovenskej republiky a v zahraničí. Súčasťou predmetu zákazky sú aj súvisiace služby: vydanie, dodanie, výmena, blokovanie a správa palivových kariet, možnosť nákupu doplnkového sortimentu, úhrada mýta a diaľničných poplatkov, elektronický systém správy kariet a prehľad čerpania a vyúčtovanie odberov. Podrobná špecifikácia predmetu zákazky je uvedená v Prílohe č. 1 týchto súťažných podkladov – Opis predmetu zákazky.[E9]
