Les services de consultant ( les services ) comprennent le contrôle et la surveillance des travaux de lutte contre l'érosion par la réhabilitation de l'Avenue Makala à Kalemie sur une longueur de 2,65 km, ainsi que des travaux de traitement et stabilisation de l'érosion longitudinale affectant son axe et ses abords.
