Achizitia ” Echipament pentru masuratori termice la temperaturi ridicate” va fi folosi pentru realizarea activităților din cadrul proiectul. Numărul zile până la care operatorii economici interesati vor solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu 1documentatia de atribuire înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 15 zile Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatii suplimentare adresate de catre operatorii economici, a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor, Termenul de evaluare a ofertelor este de 60 zile lucratoare de la data deschiderii acestora (potrivit art. 214 alin. 3 din Legea nr.98/2016). Această perioadă se poate prelungi, in cazuri temeinic justificate, aducându-se la cunoştinţa operatorilor economici implicaţi în procedură în termen de maximum două zile de la aprobarea deciziei de prelungire[E7]
