Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa mięsa drobiowego, wędlin z mięsa drobiowego z podziałem na 6 części (zadań) w przewidywanych ilościach, wyszczególnionych w formularzu cenowym – załącznik nr 3a do SWZ: Zadanie 1 – DOSTAWA MIĘSA DROBIOWEGO GRUPA ZABEZPIECZENIA (GZ) SIEDLCE Zadanie 2 – DOSTAWA MIĘSA DROBIOWEGO GRUPA ZABEZPIECZENIA (GZ) WARSZAWA – WESOŁA Zadanie 3 – DOSTAWA MIĘSA DROBIOWEGO KOPYTÓW ZZ LOGISTYK II A Zadanie 4 – DOSTAWA WĘDLIN Z MIĘSA DROBIOWEGO GRUPA ZABEZPIECZENIA (GZ) SIEDLCE Zadanie 5 – DOSTAWA WĘDLIN Z MIĘSA DROBIOWEGO GRUPA ZABEZPIECZENIA (GZ) WARSZAWA – WESOŁA Zadanie 6 – DOSTAWA WĘDLIN Z MIĘSA DROBIOWEGO KOPYTÓW ZZ LOGISTYK II A 2. Wymogi oraz szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia wyszczególniono w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ – Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia, który zostanie zamieszczony na stronie internetowej prowadzonego postępowania https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/28wog. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w załącznikach nr 6, 6A, 6B, 6C, 6D, i 6E do SWZ- projektowane postanowienia umowy wraz z załącznikami. 4. Zamawiający przewiduje prawo opcji w przedmiotowym postępowaniu: Zamawiający przewiduje prawo opcji zgodnie z art. 441 ustawy - Prawo zamówień publicznych. Realizacja prawa opcji - w zależności od potrzeb Zamawiającego polegać będzie na zwiększeniu przedmiotu zamówienia zgodnie z Opisem Przedmiotu Zamówienia, maksymalnie do 200 % wartości zamówienia podstawowego. Zamówienie określone w zamówieniu opcjonalnym realizowane będzie przez Wykonawcę, z którym zawarto Umowę na zamówienie podstawowe na …[E7]
