AVIS DE DEMANDE DE COTATION OUVERTE TRAVAUX DE CONSTRUCTION D'UN BâTIMENT POUR LA MAISON DES PLATEFORMES à MANAKARA - REGION FITOVIGNANY Pays : Madagascar Crédit IDA78730 Date de lancement : 23 Octobre 2026 Le Gouvernement de la République de Madagascar a obtenu un financement de l'Association Internationale de Développement (IDA) pour financer la mise en uvre du Projet de Transformation économique pour la croissance inclusive (PIC3). Une partie du crédit sera utilisée pour effectuer les paiements au titre du contrat cité en objet. La Coordination Nationale du Projet sollicite des offres fermées de la part des soumissionnaires éligibles et répondant aux qualifications requises pour fournir les TRAVAUX DE CONSTRUCTION D'UN BâTIMENT POUR LA MAISON DES PLATEFORMES à MANAKARA . Les travaux envisagés comprennent la réhabilitation générale du bâtiment, la fourniture et installation de matériels. La procédure sera conduite par une mise en concurrence nationale en recourant à une Demande de Cotation (DC) ouverte telle que définie dans le Règlement de Passation des Marchés applicables aux Emprunteurs dans le cadre de Financement de Projets d'Investissement de la Banque Mondiale 6ème édition - Février 2025 et ouvert à tous les soumissionnaires éligibles tels que définis dans le Règlement de passation des marchés.
