1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest dostawa urządzeń ogólnolaboratoryjnych w podziale na części zamówienia, zwane Pakietami: Pakiet 1: Dostawa pompy próżniowej bezolejowej z wyposażeniem, Pakiet 2: Dostawa spektrofotometru UV-VIS dwuwiązkowego, Pakiet 3: Dostawa zestawu pipet jednokanałowych, Pakiet 4: Dostawa inkubatora z wytrząsaniem, Pakiet 5: Dostawa automatycznego dysocjatora tkankowego, Pakiet 6: Dostawa myjki ultradźwiękowej. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, z wyszczególnieniem co do liczby, rodzaju i wymagań, został określony w Formularzach wymaganych warunków technicznych, stanowiących odpowiednio dla Pakietów 1 – 6, Załączniki nr 2.1 do 2.6 do SWZ. 3. Do obowiązków Wykonawcy należeć będzie realizacja przedmiotu zamówienia zgodnie z postanowieniami Projektu umowy, stanowiącego Załącznik nr 6.1 do SWZ (dla Pakietów 1, 2, 4, 5) oraz Załącznik nr 6.2 do SWZ (dla Pakietów 3 i 6). 4.
