1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług w zakresie lokalnego transportu zbiorowego na terenie Gminy Andrespol i Miasta Łodzi. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia podzielony jest na dwie części. 3. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na dowolnie wybraną część lub części zamówienia. 1) Część nr 1 – Regularna obsługa linii autobusowej nr 202 a. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług lokalnego transportu zbiorowego na terenie Gminy Andrespol i Miasta Łodzi linią autobusową nr 202 - na trasie Łódź – (Rondo Inwalidów – Rokicińska) – Kraszew – Justynów - Janówka) - Łódź (Rokicińska - Rondo Inwalidów), w okresie od dnia 01.01.2027 roku do dnia 31.12.2027 roku włącznie. b. Usługi przewozowe na linii nr 202 świadczone będą zgodnie z rozkładem jazdy określonym w załączniku nr 13 do SWZ. c. Przewidywana wielkość pracy przewozowej w okresie od 01.01.2027 r. do dnia 31.12.2027 r. wynosi łącznie 155 545 wozokilometrów. d. Długość trasy przejazdu (w jednym kierunku) wynosi: d1. Trasa Łódź – Janówka – 14,72 km d2. Trasa Łódź – Kraszew – Janówka – 18,13 km d3. Trasa Janówka – Kraszew – Łódź – 17,77 km d4.Trasa Janówka – Łódź – 14,36 km Przyjęte długości tras przejazdu są obowiązujące przez cały okres świadczenia usługi. Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie do przyjmowania w/w długości tras do wyliczenia kosztów wykonywanej usługi. e. Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie do uzyskania zezwolenia, o którym mowa w art. 18 ustawy z dnia 6 września 2001 r. o transporcie drogowym (Dz.U.2025 poz. 1490 z późn. zm.) i przedłożenia go Zamawiającemu nie później niż jeden …[E6]
