Campus Vesta, het autonoom provinciebedrijf dat de opleidingen voor de hulpdiensten van de provincie Antwerpen organiseert, wil op haar domein in Emblem (Ranst) een oefenlocatie voor de bestrijding van waterstofincidenten laten installeren. Het bestek heeft betrekking op de levering, plaatsing en indienststelling van deze installatie, die bestaat uit drie onderdelen: • Een demo-opstelling waarmee een horizontale en verticale waterstofvlam op hogere druk (8 bar) veilig en gecontroleerd kan worden gedemonstreerd; • Een digitale sturing, ontsteking en beveiliging, bij voorkeur met afstandsbediening, die op zowel waterstof als aardgas kan werken; • Industriële lekscenario’s (flens, klep, leiding) in de pijpengracht en eventueel in het magazijn en pompenpark.[E8]
