Hanke objektiks on Tallinna Tehnikaülikoolile ehituskaupade ostmine raamlepingu alusel vastavalt hankija tegelikele vajadustele koos kaupade kohaletoimetamise võimalusega. Kaupu ostetakse müügikohas kohapeal või ostetakse e-poest, kas kohaletoimetamisega või ilma. Hange on jaotatud neljaks osaks, vastavalt piirkonnale. Igas osas sõlmitakse raamleping 48 kuuks ühe edukaks tunnistatud pakkujaga.
