Поръчката включва предоставяне на застрахователни услуги на УМБАЛ „Свети Георги“ ЕАД, гр. Пловдив, като предметът е разделен на пет самостоятелно обособени позиции: СОП №1 - Задължителна застраховка „Гражданска отговорност на автомобилистите“ на автомобилната техника от автопарка на УМБАЛ „Свети Георги“ ЕАД; СОП №2 - Застраховка на сухопътни превозни средства, без релсови превозни средства (застраховка „Каско“) на автомобилната техника от автопарка на УМБАЛ „Свети Георги“ ЕАД. СОП №3 - Застраховка на медицинска апаратура, предоставена безвъзмездно на УМБАЛ „Свети Георги“ ЕАД по благотворителна инициатива „Българската коледа“ и Застраховка на медицинска апаратура, предоставена по програми на МЗ. СОП №4 - Предоставяне на застрахователна услуга за задължителна застраховка "Отговорност на лицата, които упражняват медицинска професия” в УМБАЛ „Свети Георги” ЕАД - Пловдив, в това число лицата, сключили с УМБАЛ „Свети Георги“ ЕАД договор за обучение за придобиване на специалност по Наредба № 34 от 29.12.2006г. (отм.) или по Наредба № 1 от 22.01.2015 г. Условията на задължителната застраховка следва да отговарят на всички изисквания на Наредба за задължителното застраховане на лицата, упражняващи медицинската професия, приета с ПМС № 208 от 25.09.2018 г. СОП №5 - Групова застраховка „Злополука и Заболяване“ за служителите на УМБАЛ „Свети Георги“ ЕАД, в това число лицата, сключили с УМБАЛ „Свети Георги“ ЕАД договор за обучение за придобиване на специалност по Наредба № 34 от 29.12.2006г.
