Obiectul contractului îl constituie furnizarea unui sistem mobil de rezonanță magnetică (IRM mobil cu câmp redus), destinat investigațiilor clinice craniene efectuate la patul pacientului, pentru Spitalul Clinic de Urgență București. Furnizarea include transportul, livrarea, instalarea, testarea și punerea în funcțiune, instruirea personalului medical și tehnic și predarea documentației, în condițiile prevăzute în caietul de sarcini. Produsele vor fi furnizate în configurații complete, cu toate componentele și accesoriile solicitate, necesare funcționării și utilizării în siguranță, potrivit destinației stabilite de producător și cerințelor autorității contractante. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde solicitărilor de clarificări formulate de operatorii economici interesați cu cel mult 10 zile (în a 11-a zi) înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor.[E7]
