About the requirement

From the notice

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sprzedaż i dostawa energii elektrycznej do obiektów Muzeum Narodowego w Krakowie i na terenie województwa małopolskiego, wraz z bilansowaniem handlowym i czynnościami wymaganymi do rozpoczęcia oraz prawidłowego rozliczenia sprzedaży. Usługa dystrybucji nie jest objęta zamówieniem i jest rozliczana na podstawie odrębnych umów Zamawiającego z OSD. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, wykaz punktów poboru energii („PPE”) i dane techniczne określa załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Zasady realizacji, rozliczeń, zabezpieczenia wolumenu, odpowiedzialności i zmian umowy określa załącznik nr 5 do SWZ. 3. Prognozowany i jednocześnie maksymalny wolumen dla pełnego okresu dostaw wynosi 4 746 MWh, tj. 4 746 000 kWh, dla 21 PPE. Zamawiający gwarantuje zakup co najmniej 70% tego wolumenu, tj. 3 322,20 MWh, z zastrzeżeniem zasad dotyczących skrócenia okresu dostaw i odpowiedzialności wykonawcy określonych poniżej oraz w projekcie umowy. Granice dotyczą łącznego poboru, a nie każdego PPE lub grupy taryfowej oddzielnie. 4. Prognoza w grupach taryfowych wynosi: C11 — 96 MWh (5 PPE); B23 — 3 500 MWh (5 PPE); C23 — 360 MWh (1 PPE); C12A — 40 MWh (1 PPE); C22A — 520 MWh (7 PPE); C21 — 230 MWh (2 PPE). Dane stanowią podstawę kalkulacji wspólną dla wszystkich wykonawców. Szczegółowe dane PPE określa załącznik nr 2. 5. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest najpóźniej z dniem zawarcia umowy zapewnić handlowe pokrycie prognozowanego wolumenu 4 746 MWh na okres dostaw oraz zabezpieczenie kosztu zakupu energii na zasadach projektu umowy[E7]
