Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy, w Siedlcach w latach 2027-2028”, której zakres obejmuje: • odbieranie odpadów komunalnych niesegregowanych (zmieszanych) oraz dostarczenie ich do Instalacji Komunalnej (IK), • odbieranie odpadów komunalnych zbieranych w sposób selektywny, zgodnie z obowiązującym w czasie trwania umowy Regulaminem utrzymania czystości i porządku na terenie miasta Siedlce oraz uchwałą w sprawie szczegółowego sposobu i zakresu świadczenia usług w zakresie odbierania odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości i zagospodarowania tych odpadów w zamian za uiszczoną przez właścicieli nieruchomości opłatę za gospodarowanie odpadami komunalnymi, • zagospodarowanie (odzysk i unieszkodliwienie) zebranych odpadów komunalnych, zgodnie z wytycznymi przyjętymi w przepisach prawa, • wyposażenie nieruchomości w odpowiednie do realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia ilości worków i pojemników do zbiórki odpadów poszczególnych rodzajów, • utrzymanie pojemników do zbiórki odpadów w odpowiednim stanie porządkowym, technicznym i sanitarnym (dezynfekcja oraz dezynsekcja i naprawy techniczne pojemników), • obsługa zgłoszeń i reklamacji związanych z realizacją przedmiotu zamówienia oraz zamówień na usługi.[E11]
