Furnizare materiale sanitare si consumabile 98 loturi, conform caiet de sarcini atasat.În conformitate cu prevederile Art. 141, alin. (4) din Legea nr. 98/2016, autoritatea contractantă limitează numărul de loturi pentru care un singur operator economic poate depune ofertă. Astfel, un operator economic poate depune ofertă (tehnică și financiară) pentru un număr de MAXIMUM 20 de loturi din cele 98 de loturi ale procedurii. Contractele subsecvente vor fi atribuite lunar /2 luni in functie de alocarea bugetara. Valoarea contractelor subsecvente maxime sunt pentru 2 luni. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor Termenul limită până la care se pot solicitat clarificări de către operatorii economici interesați de accesul la procedura de atribuire: pana in a 20-a zi inainte de termenul limita pentru primirea ofertelor.Conform art.160 alin.2 si art.161 din Legea 98/2016). Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SICAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).[E7]
