1. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje Całoroczne utrzymanie dróg na terenie gminy Połaniec polegające na zimowym utrzymaniu dróg, ulic, ciągów pieszych, utrzymaniu przejezdności, przeciwdziałaniu i likwidacji gołoledzi, odśnieżaniu dróg gminnych i powiatowych na terenie gminy Połaniec oraz na zamiataniu mechanicznym jezdni i koszeniu poboczy wzdłuż asfaltowych dróg gminnych. a) utrzymywanie przejezdności dróg, b) systematyczne odśnieżanie chodników i ciągów pieszych, c) ręczne odśnieżanie, w miejscach gdzie wjazd ciężkiego sprzętu jest niemożliwy, utrudniony lub niebezpieczny, d) wywożenie nadmiaru śniegu z ciągów komunikacyjnych w miejsca wskazane przez Zamawiającego, e) przeciwdziałanie gołoledzi (piasek, mieszanki piaskowo-solne), f) utrzymanie stanu gotowości służb w ramach całodobowych dyżurów po uzgodnieniu z Zamawiającym, g) podjęcie działań interwencyjnych maksymalnie w ciągu 30 minut od momentu zaistnienia lub zgłoszenia zdarzenia (przystąpienie do pracy), h) uporządkowanie dróg i kanalizacji deszczowej po zimie najpóźniej do 15 maja 2026r., bądź w terminie późniejszym na zlecenie Zamawiającego, i) po zakończeniu prac związanych z zimowym utrzymaniem komisja dokona przeglądu stanu nowych krawężników i chodników w ciągach ulic objętych umową. j) koszenie poboczy wzdłuż asfaltowych dróg gminnych polegające na wykoszeniu pobocza wraz z rowem przydrożnym jeżeli taki istnieje; k) koszenie poboczy dróg nieutwardzonych na pisemne zlecenie Zamawiającego (telefonicznie lub mail); l) zamiatanie dróg gminnych zamiatarką uliczna na samochodzie ciężarowym 8t – 12t na pisemne zlecenie Z…[E7]
