Deze overheidsopdracht heeft tot doel het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één deelnemer voor het leveren van boeken aan de bibliotheek en de verkoop van studieboeken aan studenten. Deze opdracht omvat de structurele bevoorrading van de verschillende bibliotheken van AP Hogeschool en de verkoop van de officiële studieboeken rechtstreeks aan de studenten. Voor een gedetailleerd overzicht van alle minimale eisen en kwalitatieve wensen met betrekking tot deze opdracht, wordt uitdrukkelijk verwezen naar de technische bepalingen van dit bestek.
