About the requirement

From the notice

Predmet nabave je izvođenje arhitektonsko-građevinskih, elektrotehničkih i strojarskih radova na uređenju i funkcionalnom osuvremenjivanju šest radionica (hala) za održavanje željezničkih vozila, po grupama, na pet lokacija: Centar Osijek, Centar Pula, Centar Solin, Centar Varaždin i Centar Vinkovci. Radovi obuhvaćaju preuređenja prostora radionica na navedenim lokacijama, čime se ne utječe na lokacijske uvjete kao niti na ispunjenje bitnih zahtjeva za građevinu (temeljni zahtjevi mehaničke otpornosti i stabilnosti, sigurnosti u slučaju požara, higijene, zdravlja i zaštite okoliša, sigurnosti i pristupačnosti tijekom uporabe, zaštite od buke itd.), sve sukladno članku 3. Pravilnika o jednostavnim i drugim građevinama (NN 31/20, 74/22, 155/23), kojim je propisano da se bez dozvole i glavnog projekta mogu izvoditi radovi u svrhu preuređenja, odnosno prilagođavanja prostora novim potrebama prema kojima se mijenja organizacija prostora, nenosivi pregradni elementi zgrade i/ili instalacije, a kojim promjenama se ne utječe na ispunjavanje mehaničke otpornosti i stabilnosti za građevinu i/ili sigurnosti u slučaju požara te se ne mijenja usklađenost građevine s lokacijskim uvjetima u skladu s kojima je izgrađena. Radovi obuhvaćaju i isporuku, ugradnju i puštanje u rad pripadajuće opreme potrebne za funkcionalno osuvremenjivanje radionica utvrđene ovom Dokumentacijom o nabavi. Ovaj otvoreni postupak javne nabave podijeljen je na grupe predmeta nabave, odnosno svaka lokacija (neovisno o broju radionica koje sadrži) predstavlja jednu grupu predmeta nabave.
