Le présent marché prévoit la réalisation des installations suivantes : Travaux préparatoires et installations provisoires : Démontage des trois postes de lavage haute pression existants et des anciennes conduites d’alimentation des postes incendie, avec vidange, déraccordement et bouchonnage. Le marché comprend également la mise en place des alimentations provisoires nécessaires pendant les travaux. Pistes de lavage et récupération des eaux de pluie : Création de trois pistes de lavage pour camions-poubelles et mise en place d’un système de récupération des eaux de pluie depuis le bassin de rétention existant. L’installation comprend un groupe de surpression, la réalimentation en eau potable, les équipements de contrôle et les réseaux nécessaires à l’alimentation des pistes et des appareils de nettoyage. Locaux sanitaires et appareils : Aménagement de deux groupes sanitaires, dont un WC accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite (PMR), avec fourniture, pose et raccordement des appareils sanitaires et accessoires. Le marché comprend notamment les WC, lave-mains, deux lavabos rigole en inox alimentés en eau froide ainsi que les postes d’eau prévus dans les locaux techniques. Réseaux d’alimentation et d’évacuation : Réalisation et adaptation des réseaux d’eau froide, d’eau chaude sanitaire et de circulation, y compris le raccordement au chauffe-eau thermodynamique fourni par le chauffagiste.
