About the requirement

From the notice

Telford & Wrekin Council wishes to establish a contract for the provision, hosting, support and maintenance of a secure software solution that enables the management and sharing of venue, event, tourism and community information across multiple platforms. The Council's objective is to procure a solution that allows organisations, venue operators and community partners to maintain their information in a single location, with approved content automatically shared between the Council's systems and third-party platforms. This will reduce duplication, improve data accuracy and minimise the administrative burden on partners who currently need to manage content across multiple systems. The proposed solution must be capable of integrating with both the Council's existing systems and the Visit Telford Simpleview platform, enabling the seamless exchange of event, venue and destination information through appropriate APIs and data-sharing mechanisms. Suppliers are requested to propose a platform that meets all functional, integration, security and support requirements.[E6]
