Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka 193 ks infuzní techniky včetně příslušenství a souvisejícího přístrojového vybavení pro KAR – Oddělení resuscitační a OKIP- oddělení kardiovaskulární intenzivní péče. Součástí předmětu plnění je následný bezplatný záruční servis a řádný pozáruční servis. Zadavatel v souladu s § 6 odst. 3 ZZVZ sděluje, že nebude akceptovat nabídky, které budou obsahovat výrobky původem z Ruské federace nebo Čínské lidové republiky. Předpokládaná hodnota veřejné zakázky stanovená zadavatelem a v souladu se ZZVZ činí celkem 21 610 780,- Kč bez DPH, z toho: - předpokládaná hodnota za 193 ks infuzní techniky vč. příslušenství činí: 10 645 000,- Kč bez DPH - předpokládaná hodnota servisu za dobu 4 let činí: 2 980 800,- Kč bez DPH. V předpokládané hodnotě je zahrnuta i vyhrazená změna dle čl. 16 ZP v celkové výši 7 984 980,- Kč bez DPH (150 ks infuzní technicky vč. příslušenství).[E8]
