Ce projet est un axe majeur de la stratégie Niger 2.0 qui vise à créer les conditions d'un accès universel aux services de communication haut débit au Niger L'UGP assure la coordination, la gestion financière, la gestion technique, la gestion environnementale et sociale et participe au suivi et à l'évaluation du projet. C'est dans ce contexte que l'Unité de Gestion du projet a l'intention d'utiliser une partie de ces ressources pour effectuer les paiements au titre du contrat de service de consultant (Cabinet) chargé de l'audit environnementale et sociale des activités du PVI L'objectif général de l'audit est d'évaluer le niveau de performance et de conformité environnementale et sociale des activités du PVI, notamment des infrastructures…[E4]
