Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je realizace díla „Přestavba a dovybavení Kliniky infekčního lékařství ve FN Ostrava“, spočívající v provedení stavebních prací, dodávek a služeb za účelem rozšíření a modernizace Kliniky infekčního lékařství, a to jak její lůžkové, tak ambulantní části. Předmět plnění zahrnuje zejména vybudování dvoupodlažní nástavby, dvou schodišťových vertikál, částečnou rekonstrukci interiéru KIL, a to včetně technického a technologického vybavení.
