TIME AND CLOSING LOCATION REMAIN UNCHANGED *** Design and construction for the Strategic Tanker Transport Capability (STTC), Passenger & Cargo Processing & Handling Infrastructure, Main Operating Base - East (MOB-East), 8 Wing Trenton, Ontario DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) is requesting Proposals from Design-Build Teams to design and construct the Strategic Tanker Transport Capability (STTC), Main Operating Base - East (MOB-East), located at 8 Wing Trenton, Ontario following a modified design-build approach. Additional details are provided in the Request for Proposals (RFP) documents. The overall Rough Order Magnitude (ROM) cost estimate for this Project is estimated to be $228M. Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these Services are invited to submit their Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
