Tämä ilmoitus koskee Helsingin seudun liikenne -kuntayhtymän (HSL) joukkoliikennepalvelujen hankintaa PSA-asetuksen mukaisesti. Ilmoitus koskee joukkoliikennepalveluja, joiden liikennöinti alkaa vuoden 2029 aikana. Palvelut hankitaan avoimella tarjouskilpailulla. Tarjouskilpailuja järjestetään vuosittain tyypillisesti 1 - 3 kappaletta. Ilmoitetut tiedot ovat arvioita ja ne voivat muuttua hankinnan kohteen määrittelyn yhteydessä. Tarkat tiedot hankinnan sisällöstä, laajuudesta ja sopimuksen alkamispäivästä sekä kestosta ilmenevät erillisestä hankintailmoituksesta. Muutosilmoituksella täsmennetään, että palveluita voidaan hankkia niihin kuntiin, joissa HSL on toimivaltainen viranomainen vuonna 2029.[E4]
