Předmětem veřejné zakázky je rekonstrukce stávající silnice I/23 a všech souvisejících objektů s lokálním vylepšením směrových a výškových poměrů, které neodpovídají platným normám, a homogenizaci šířkového uspořádání stanoveného pro celý tah. Délka úpravy je 3 942,58 m. Silnice bude lokálně doplněna o zastávkové zálivy, rozšíření pro možnost levého odbočení, nebo řadící pruhy v rámci křižovatky. Na části silnice I/23 bude vybudována paralelní cyklostezka, která je samostatnou stavbou a je koordinována s výstavbou silnice (samostatná SoD Města Třebíč = Zadavatel č. 2, na základě Smlouvy o společném zadávání ze dne 5.5.2026).[E7]
