Achizitia are ca obiect furnizarea de echipamente si accesorii necesare retehnologizarii sistemului gaz cromatograf din Unitatea 2 (U2) a CNE Cernavoda, impreuna cu servicii asociate constand in fabricarea si inlocuirea in totalitate a sistemului gaz cromatograf (dezinstalare/instalare), si pregatirea personalului pentru intretinerea si exploatarea acestuia, in cadrul unei perioade contractuale de 12 luni. - Solicitarile de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire vor fi transmise de operatorii economici, prin SEAP, cu cel putin 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor; - Raspunsul Entitatii contractante la solicitarile de clarificari va fi transmis in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, in masura in care solicitarile de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare au fost adresate in termenul prevazut, in conformitate cu art. 173 din Legea nr. 99/ 2016 cu modificarile ulterioare.[E7]
