Novostavba základní umělecké školy, třípodlažní dřevostavba na pozemcích v k.ú. Zbraslav, o zastavěné ploše 364 m2 vč. souvisejících stavebních a terénních prací vč. demolice původní zástavby. Zadavatel dále sděluje, že disponuje Rozhodnutím o povolení stavby z února 2026, které však v tuto chvíli není pravomocné. Zadavatel předpokládá, že před ukončením zadávacího řízení však Rozhodnutí o povolení stavby pravomocné bude.[E14]
