Aviso de Concurso Solicitação de Propostas Bens (Processo de Concurso de Um Envelope) País: São Tomé e Príncipe Nome do Projeto: Projeto de Oportunidade de Emprego para Jovens Título do contrato: Aquisição de duas viaturas e motorizadas para DTEFP e UIP Subvenção N. : E-7350 Número de referência da SDP: 07/G//POEJ/2026 Data :[phone removed] O Governo de São Tomé e Príncipe recebeu financiamento do Banco Mundial para custear o Projeto de Oportunidade de Emprego para-Jovens e pretende aplicar parte dos fundos para pagamentos ao abrigo do contrato para Aquisição de viaturas e motorizadas para DTEFP e UIP . "Para este contrato, o Mutuário processará os pagamentos utilizando o método de desembolso do Pagamento Direto, tal como definido nas Diretrizes de Desembolso para Financiamento de Projetos de Investimento do Banco Mundial. O Agência Fiduciária de Administração de Projetos convida os Concorrentes elegíveis a apresentarem Propostas seladas para aquisição de duas viaturas e motorizadas para DTEFP e UIP, para entrega no prazo de 90 dias a contar da data de assinatura do contrato. O processo será conduzido através de concurso público usando uma Solicitação de Propostas (SDP), conforme especificado no "Regulamento de Aquisições para Mutuários de IPF" do Banco Mundial datado de setembro de 2025 ("Regulamento de Aquisições"), estando aberto a todos os Concorrentes elegíveis conforme definido no Regulamento de Aquisições.
